Host : Can you briefly introduce Cloudname and from where you get the project name? What does it mean to you? And why you choose this name for your project?
- Mr. Davide Vicini : Super intro question!! We believe that names are the real estate of the metaverse. Each name point each of us around the web to enter different realities

- To us means that from now on everyone can bet / Trade / receive passive income / tokenise and have fun with traditional and web3 domain names !!

- Adding a multitude of services and gamification in all the process

Host : How important is the community to your project? and How can we collaborate or help share token for the development of the project?
- Mr. Davide Vicini : Community is the bricks of the house, we all know this being all in the decentralised world
- Everyone can have a domain representing their wallet or their online shops or their startups so I really think we are all part of the Domain era !!!
- Thanks for asking how we can collaborate together, we will start later on in November the first airdrop , and we would be very happy to consider Crypto Talkz members for this!!
- Also we are running a Ambassadors program which will lead the Ambassadors to receive tokens for their actions and to have for FREE the highest level in the Cloudname platform for the first 3 month !!!

Q2) On Cloudname, there are 4 account levels, Noob, Rookie, Avenger, Ninja. Can you explain each offer for each of these levels? With each level, how much does the user need to pay to upgrade? Will the users permanently own the levels or do you just rent them out and pay each month?
Super so, to increase usability users can conserve token on a mo thou basis to scale up their platform level.
Each level starting from the basic one (Noob level) reaching the highest ranked (Ninja) will have progressive features unlocked on a monthly basis.
Moreover, users can also use the token to use singular functions of the platform. And on top of that to scale up levels, users can do certain challenges!!

Q3) Cloudname allows users to Receive Passive Income on thier domains. If so, users can buy, sell or rent domains, right? If so, what is the value of a Domain on your platform? Will Cloudname set a price or will users set a value for each of their Domains?
Exactly, users can buy, sell and rent their domains. The value of the domain is setted by the user during the “publication” in the marketplace. We know that is difficult to set a right value for a domain, that’s why we provide suggestion on the market value based on a specific algo developed by us.
Regarding the Passive Income, thanks to the tokenization of the domains, users can receive revenue streams just by holding part of a domain tokenized and rented into the marketplace
The boost to this is thinking about like pools of tokenized domains (like investing in funds)

Q4) One of the features of Cloudname is “Tokenize your domains via NFTs.” So what types of domains does Cloudname allow users to encrypt, and how easy it will be with Cloudname’s domain encryption tools to allow users to encrypt without worrying about complexity of blockchain?
– Cloudname will allow EVERY traditional and blockchain domain to be tokenised, no exceptions!
– how easy? As 5 clicks, it’s done !
On top every user can choose one of the 4 blockchains we have integrated!
Q5) How will you improve user buying flow? The prime bottleneck with Blockchain is the interaction with Metamask. When will that end up in the backend?

Cloudname will include a wallet on the backend for each user. This also allows Cloudname to give to non-wallet-owners users the rights to use the blockchain features.
However, if the user desire it can connect to its account the metamask, wallet-connect wallets and exchange the different domain NFTs between the backend wallet and the user one.

Q.What is your security level? How do you make your users feel safe?
The cybersecurity threat is a topic we are keeping on focus since the early stages of the project. From the first version of Cloudname, personal informations and backend wallet keys are stored in a specific database accessible only by the backend where those informations are stored encrypted with a specific private key. To protect from unapropriate loggin into the application, Cloudname requires a 2 factor authentication that is also requested for each operation of (buy, selling, renting). The 2 factor authentication can be performed with Google Authentication or Telegram (its up to the user). The OTP secrets are stored with a specific private/public key linked only for the user which are encrypted with the specific private key held by the server. Since we manage payments, we have choosen as payment providers Stripe (which will store the payment method for us) and PayPal (which is well known)
Q.Revenue is critical for a project’s growth and progress. So, how do you produce profits/money to keep your project running, and what is your revenue model? How can it provide a win-win situation for all stakeholders (users, investors, and projects)?
It is indeed !! Cloudname have different revenue streams, such as
– the fees for trading (depends from level)
– income for the services used (eg AI algo, sales promo, lotteries etc..)
– income from tokenisation services
Ad CNAME token is also a Governance token, cloudname will distribute part of the income to the token holders 😉

Its open to all – you can buy/ trade / tokenise your domain from such as little as 20USDT counter value to as much as a domain is worth
